This right to use the Image is personal, non-exclusive, and is not transferable by you to any other party. The Image cannot be used to promote or sell any product, service, technology or merchandise, unless expressly authorized by Ovolab.
Each use of the Image will be accompanied by a credit line as follows: "Courtesy of Ovolab".
Ovolab is and shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of the Image. The Image is provided on an 'as is' basis, without warranty of any kind. Any misuse of the Image or breach of this Agreement will cause Ovolab irreparable harm.
