I'm surprised no one has answered.
I get this by default - it pulls the info from my address book. |

Right. That's controlled by the 'Pop up "incoming call" window' Notification preference. _________________

Neither do I, but I'm using v3.6.1.
Do you have the address part in the Address book?
Could be because of multiple addrresses. |

Ah, well, that appears to be a bug. Neither the address nor the "called nn times today" has ever shown up for me, regardless of what label the address has or how many addresses are assigned to the contact.
Good luck getting that fixed. Ovolab appears to be out of business, what with not answering their support requests or even the phone. _________________

I'd have to sound the same opinion as mrtoner. Ovolab RIP. |

As far as I know, Phone Valet is the only other app available for purchase for the Mac. (Not that I said "other": Phlink is still available for purchase, even though the company appears to be out of business.) However, it's support for Applescript is unknown; it can run Applescripts and dial via Applescript, but that's all the specs show.
I'd be very interested to hear of other users' experiences with Phone Valet. _________________

| Thanks Mr. Toner. I loved the way Alberto use to run this place.... Why do places like this leave us in the dark. Was fun while it lasted. |

Ah, I retract my previous statement. The address and number of times called not showing up is NOT a bug. That's the Notes portion of the window, which can be set by a script to be whatever you want. See the resources page for more information.[/url] _________________
