Interupting Phlink-script ... how?

Phlink rules Very Happy it's working great but how about this?

I'm running a super-complicated call-tree, with scripts and such. One option for the caller is to alert anyone close to the answering Mac. This is working great but I have problems how to pick up the phone and shut up Phlink Shocked

Now it goes like this:
1. the caller surfes in the call-tree and finally select the script that alert
2. Mac is alerting by speakers and telling the caller to wait
3. someone in the office pick up the phone...

But how to stop the Phlink? How to stop the applescript? Any ideas?
