Purchasing a product directly from Ovolab is done through our payment processing company named Kagi. When purchasing a product by credit card, the charge on your credit card will be listed as a transaction to Kagi, not to Ovolab.

Payment Options
Through our online store, you can purchase our products using most credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Optima, Discover, Diners, Carte Blanche, JCB and others.
Delivery
The standard delivery method of Ovolab products is electronically. You will not receive Ovolab software as an email attachment, since you can freely download software from the download section of this web site. We strongly encourage you to do this before purchasing the product, to make sure the software runs on your computer and does what you expect. The software may run in a limited trial mode until you purchase and enter a registration code.
Other products, such as Ovolab Phlink, are physical products that contain hardware. You may still freely download the software, but you will not be able to use any feature that requires the hardware.
Physical products ordered through our online store are shipped from our warehouses in the USA or in Italy and the estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 days from the time of your order, depending on the shipping method you choose. You will receive a tracking number for the shipment as soon the product leaves our warehouse.
Ovolab offers free NFR licenses of all our products to members of recognized press organizations for the purpose of reviewing and writing about our software. For more information, please contact our sales department.

A: Please allow one business day to be sent a confirmation email of your order. To check the status of your order, please use Kagi's Order Tracking system. Please also allow one business day for shipping your product, if you have requested shipping.

Q: Can I ask for a refund for a physical product, such as Ovolab Phlink?
A: Defective hardware purchased through our online store is eligible for a full refund. If you think the product you purchased is defective, please contact our sales department for an RMA authorization number. Upon receiving the unit, Ovolab will test it and verify whether it is defective. Defective units are eligible for a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost. If Ovolab accepts a return and finds that it is not defective, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Any non-defective products purchased through our online store can be returned for a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Returned products must be accompanied by all original cables, CD-ROMs, boxes and other original material. An additional 5% fee will otherwise be applied.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the time of the purchase.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Q: Can I ask for a refund for a non-physical product, such as Ovolab AAChoo?
A: In order to keep prices as low as possible, we do not issue refunds for downloadable products unless in reasonable situations, at our sole discretion. We offer trial or full versions of our software for free download so that you can test it and make sure it works on your computer before purchasing a license. If you have questions or concerns that are not addressed by a freely downloadable version, please feel free to contact our sales department before purchasing a license so that you can make an informed buying decision.
