Getting your registration code
After placing your order from our online store, you will receive a confirmation email from Kagi. If the product you have purchased does not have to be physically shipped to you, that email will contain your personal registration code. Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed, even though most of the time orders are processed much faster.
At any time, you can use Kagi's Order Tracking system to check the status of your order.
If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please check the status of your order.
If the order you placed is for a product that needs to be shipped to you, the confirmation email will not contain a registration code. Instead, the registration code will be written on a sticker inside the package that will be shipped to you.
Registration code not working?
Be sure to enter the code (and your name, if applicable) exactly as sent or written on the sticker. If you received the code by email, you may copy it from the registration email and paste it directly into the appropriate field.
Lost registration codes
Registration codes for retail products, such as Ovolab Phlink, are written on two stickers, one of which is on the CD sleeve. Please look inside the original packaging for the registration code.
If you purchased one of our products as an electronic download only, you have received your registration code by email. If you have lost your registration email, you can use Kagi's Order Tracking System to retrieve it.
