During the launch event of the book Osteria d’Italia 2024 by Slow Food Editore, Francesca Mastrovito and Eugenio Signoroni announced that the new companion app to the guide—developed by Ovolab—will be released on November 8, 2023 on the App Store and on Google Play. In this new version of the app, we have improved the way to search for osterias by adding a Search by Locality feature just that allows users to search an address, a municipality or a point of interest and find the osterias around it. The other big news is that from now on the app will be localized in English for all tourists coming to Italy and willing to eat the Slow Food way.
